DHA MULTAN TRANSFER PROCESS

There are many kinds of transfer which are as following below by the official  process of DHA MULTAN (dhamultan.org)

Regular Transfer:

Regular Transfer After No Demand Certificate Clearance Depends on the Phase, Size and Plot / Building Type. Transfer Branch

Documents Required

  1. Transfer Documents set specimen available at Transfer and Record Branch Reception.(Download Specimen)
  2. Original Allocation / Intimation / Allotment / Transfer Letter(s) at the time of transfer.
  3. Copy of Computerized National Identity Card of Seller and Purchaser (duly attested by Oath Commissioner).
  4. Membership Fee of new owner.
  5. Membership Form.
  6. 2 x Passport size photographs of new owner (Duly attested by Oath Commissioner).
  7. Transfer Fee. (According to the Size).
  8. Original Sale Deed along with affidavits of Seller and Purchaser for surrendering, if plot is registered.
  9. Capital Value Tax (CVT) & Stamp Duty undertaking on Stamp Paper of Rs 50/= from purchaser.
  10. IT – 5 Form.

Procedure

  1. Apply for No Demand Certificate.
  2. Customer will bring the Transfer Set to the Reception Transfer and Record Branch for transfer appointment.
  3. Transfer Officer will give the transfer appointment.
  4. Both Seller and Purchaser will visit Transfer Branch for transfer.
  5. Customer will submit Transfer Documents along with all paid Government charges and Membership fee of DHA before Transfer.
  6. Transfer and Record Branch will endorse/receive the documents and issue receipt.
  7. Customer will bring the receipt and original Computerized National Identity Card on the given date, to collect the Allocation / Intimation / Transfer Letter(s) from Transfer Branch, DHA Office.

Hiba Transfer:

A transfer which is gifted by the blood relative like (Parents to Children,Children to Parents,Husband to Wife, Wife to Husband).

Documents Required

  1. Hiba Transfer Documents Set Specimen available at DHA Transfer and Record Branch.(Download Specimen)
  2. Original Allocation / Intimation / Allotment / Transfer Letter(s).
  3. Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) of both donor and donee and 2 x Witnesses (duly attested by Oath Commissioner).
  4. Membership Fee of Donee.
  5. Membership form, along with 2 x Passport size photographs (blue background) of donee (duly attested).
  6. Transfer Fee.
  7. Original Sale Deed along with affidavits of donor and donee, if plot is registered.
  8. IT – 5 Form.

Procedure

  1. Apply for No Demand Certificate.
  2. Customer will bring the Transfer Set to the Transfer and Record Branch, to obtain Transfer Appointment.
  3. Both donor and donee will visit Transfer Branch section for Transfer.
  4. Customer will submit Transfer Documents along with all paid Government charges and membership fee of DHA before transfer.
  5. Transfer Officer will endorse/receive the documents and issue receipt.
  6. Donee will bring the receipt and original Computerized National Identity Card on the given date to collect the Allocation / Intimation / Transfer Letter(s) from Transfer Branch.

Legal Heir(s) Transfer:

After the death of the owner, property is transferred to the legal heir(s).

Documents Required

  1. Legal Heir(s) Transfer Documents Set available at DHA Transfer and Record Branch.(Download Specimen)
  2. Original Allocation / Intimation / Allotment / Transfer letter(s).
  3. Declaratory decree in respect of Legal Heir(s) issued by the Civil Judge having competent Jurisdiction.
  4. Death Certificate (duly attested).
  5. Copies of the Computerized National Identity Card of all Legal Heir(s) (duly attested).
  6. 2 x Passport Size photographs of each Legal Heir (duly attested by Gazetted Officer).
  7. Advertisement regarding death of the owner/member with photograph in 2 x National Newspapers i.e. Urdu & English (Download Specimen).
  8. Membership Form of Legal Heir(s).
  9. Membership Fee and Transfer Fee Vouchers.

Procedure

  1. Submit the documents to Transfer and Record Branch Reception after filling in the required information.
  2. Transfer Officer will issue the receipt against the documents.
  3. Transfer Branch will issue a confirmation letter.
  4. After receiving the confirmation letter, Legal Heir(s) along with their original Computerized National Identity Card will visit Transfer Branch to collect the Allocation / Intimation / Transfer Letter.
  5. In case any one of the Legal Heir is abroad, he / she can authorize any other Legal Heir to receive the letter on his / her behalf. Authority Letter has to be attested by the Pakistan Embassy / Consulate.

Foreign Transfer (Seller Abroad):

If the Seller is abroad and can not appear for transfer.

Documents Required

  1. Complete Transfer Document Set along with No Demand Certificate Request Form and Site Plan (if required).(Download Specimen)
  2. Documents will be signed by the owner and attested by the Embassy / Consulate.
  3. Attested copy of owners Computerized National Identity Card from concerned Embassy / Consulate.
  4. Attested copy of Passport and Visa with Exit and Entry Stamps from concerned Embassy / Consulate.
  5. Authority letter for submission of Transfer Papers on Stamp paper of Rs 20/-.(Download Specimen)
  6. Documents are submitted in Transfer and Record Branch.

Procedure

  1. Authority Holder submits the documents to Transfer and Record Branch.
  2. Transfer Officer will issue the receipt of the documents.
  3. Transfer Branch will verify the transfer documents from concerned Embassy / Consulate and Owner.
  4. After receiving the Confirmation Letter from the Embassy / Consulate and individual, Authority Holder will follow procedure mentioned for Regular Transfer.

Foreign Transfer (Purchaser Abroad):

If the Purchaser is abroad and can not appear for transfer.

  1. Copy of Purchaser’s Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
  2. Attested copy of Passport and Visa with Exit and Entry Stamps.
  3. 2 x Attested Passport size Photographs.
  4. Undertaking on Rs. 50/- Stamp paper by Purchaser’s representative.(Download Specimen)
  5. All documents required in Regular Transfer

Procedure

  1. As per Regular Transfer.

Out Station Transfer:

If Owner is unable to appear at DHA Multan for transfer due to Illness / Disability.

Documents Required

  1. Application from the Seller for Outstation Transfer along with Medical Certificate.
  2. All Documents required in Regular Transfer.

Procedure

  1. The Owner will submit an application requesting for Outstation Transfer along with Medical Officer / Doctor’s Certificate clearly mentioning the medical reason for inability to travel.
  2. After approval by the Competent Authority, the Seller will adopt procedure mentioned in  Regular Transfer Section.
  3. Transfer will be executed at the station requested
  4. Purchaser transfer formalities will be carried out in DHA Office.
